I began my training with Darcy while I was preparing for a 70.3 Ironman. I’ve always enjoyed working out but have never had a great knowledge base around weight training. Darcy was always welcoming and kind and taught me so much about proper mechanics using a variety of gym equipment. The workouts built upon one another, always with changes to keep things interesting, fun and challenging. I’d highly recommend Darcy as a trainer to anyone wanting to stay injury-free and see positive changes in body mechanics and composition.
